So this is the problem I am facing.
I have a strange graphic glitch. See links below. I have an HP laptop with an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650, which has a switchable feature with a low performance integrated card. If i use the low performance GPU, then this problem is not there, but the game is too slow to be playable.
I unfortunately cannot update the drivers any further because it has to be updated though HP, and they have not issued a new one.
So, I guess, any ideas or any workarounds would be appreciated.

I've got the same card and the same glitch. I'm beginning to think this has to do with having to use the old 10.whatever (8? 9?) driver.
I believe I saw somewhere there's user-made version of Catalyst 11.2 for the switchable graphics cards. I was thinking of replacing my old driver with it soon (read:when I'm done with a bit of work) and seeing if that helps. I'll get back to you once I try it.
